Grande offers health benefit options that include medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage. You are eligible for your benefits on the first of the month following two full months of employment.

Grande offers tax-advantage and company sponsored savings accounts that help you to set aside money for health-related and dependent card expenses. These include:

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Dependent Care Account (DCA)
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) — component to the medical insurance and company funded

Grande offers financial protection for you and your loved ones in the event tragedy occurs. Some benefits are provided automatically, others you can opt to purchase during your enrollment period.

It’s never too early to save for your retirement. The Grande Associate Asset Accumulation (GAAAp) 401(k) can help you reach your retirement saving goals. You can make contributions to the plan on a pre-tax 401(k) or Roth 401(k) after-tax basis — or both.

Each of Grande’s facilities has an onsite Health and Wellness Center staffed with a Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistant to provide primary and preventative services for you and your dependents. Care provided within the Health and Wellness Centers are at no cost to you.

Also available are onsite fitness centers that our full-time and part-time active Associate can utilize before, during or after work hours at no cost to them.
